Up until now Justin hasn't been brave enough to attempt the stairs in our house. He is afraid of heights, and has only gone up a stair or two and gone back down. Yesterday while I was getting ready for church he decided to be brave and conquer his fear. After we got him ready for church he climbed the stairs patted the door with his hand and said. "Side, side." Which I think means "outside". Apparently he was ready to go.
Part of me is excited that he is getting more brave, the other part is dreading this new found fascination with the stairs. So far he only goes up to the landing where the door is. I think the rest of the stairs are still too high for him. Here is a video of him climbing the stairs one of the many times yesterday. Sorry, it's really dark.

Boy he really whips up those stairs in no time! Now if he just learns to go down....carefully. : )
whoa buddy...you better watch out...now he'll get into EVERYTHING. Upstairs and down.
I worry about him falling down the hardwood stairs more than anything. Scares me to even think about it.
